Utkarsha Pawar recently played a significant role in a Senior Women’s One Day match during the Women’s One Day Cup 2023-24. The match took place on January 24, where Maharashtra faced Uttarakhand. Utkarsha showcased her prowess as a bowler, delivering an excellent performance in her eight overs. Despite her economical bowling figures of 1/24, Maharashtra faced defeat in the match.
In the encounter, Uttarakhand posted a total of 201 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 50 overs. In response, Maharashtra struggled and managed to score only 193 runs in 49.5 overs. T.S. Hasabnis played a valiant inning of 105 runs, but it wasn’t enough to secure a win for Maharashtra as they fell short by 9 runs.
